Portfolio > Dover Traffic Spiral

thoughts about the project in the form of a poem:

On My Knees (between road and garden) by Kris Lanzer

Concrete and resin
amongst flowers and bees,
bring back the days
I played on my knees.

Reflection and sparkles,
colors and mist,
infusing life’s essences
and consciousness.

Identity, desires,
like spirals and physics,
the nature of things,
of matter, and mystics.

For working, for road trips,
commuting, or birth,
whatever is driven
is part of the earth.

Wherever we go,
no matter the weather,
we are *carCobbles,
in traffic, together.

*carCobbles: toy cars embedded in resin, to resemble cobble stones.
