This "dream-journals-review-release-project" is an ongoing process art project about reviewing a ten year period of my dream journals. For the process, I re-read what I have written. I give thanks for the insight and guidance revealed in ways only dreams can offer, through their humor and their horror. Some dreams are selected to put aside for future use, while the remaining ones are "released" when painted with black sandy paint. The black sandy pages of the journals are then "unbound" and become a new material.
